We understand how confusing and difficult the Form 4 Application process can be and we are here to help! We are a fully licensed FFL and SOT and have access to most of the major suppressor manufacturers so you will have plenty of options. We can help you get through the whole process starting with getting your NFA Trust set up by a local attorney. We also will help you pick out which suppressor would work best for what you are trying to do. Finally, we will get all your Form 4 Application paperwork printed up and organized for you to make sure it is filed with the ATF correctly. 

Form 4 Application Fee - $45

This included typing up all required paperwork for your application (Form 4's in duplicates, Responsible Questionnaire Forms 5320.23, passport photos, and fingerprint cards) and getting the different forms organized and filed correctly for the ATF.
